Key word acivation

I had a key word activated by Janni,


sales and letting SMS REMAX to 34872 ,

I executed the action plenty times, yet when I go to my search data basis I do not find my own SMS sent to 34872,
please let me know how to go about sending and where and how do I receive the lead. Important as I have printing waiting to be done with this key word on. I cannot sign off unless I know it works

Hi Christine

I just tested the SMS keyword and it worked, if you log into Majestic you will see and entry without a name but with the source - 34872 and reference - remax. I am not sure why it didn't work for you though. Perhaps try it again.
