Upload File option - remove

Hello Again,

Having an issue with my post submit screens on one of my web forms. When the user has submitted the form, they get the option to upload a file - cant work out how i made this happen or how to remove it - Please Advise.

To remove the option of uploading documents or images from the Post Submit on a Form, click on Edit next to the form - under Upload options in General Settings, select None
