Sending Bulk Comms

Hi. I have an comm in a journey called "33" which warns about fraudulent notes which I want to send to my entire database.

I assumed that I have to go to COMMS/SEND BULK COMMS and then select Journey 33 and set up the bulk comm from there.

When I go to COMMS/SEND BULK COMMS I only see 4 journeys (out of 33) listed there, the highest being "8". What am I doing wrong?

Hi there Tony

Did you check to make sure that the journey is active (Comms/All Comms/tick the box "show inactive" and click on >> and then tick to activate). I've made this mistake before

I did that and it shows the innactive journeys (a red x) but the journey in question has a green tick. (sigh)
