Full backup?

I have used the Tools...Backup facility, but I see that it does a simple csv backup of contacts only.

How can I backup everything, including all the templates, comms and journeys that I have spent time designing? I would hate to lose all of that work!

A backup is done every evening of all information on our server. There is no need to worry about loosing any of your communications.
