Documented steps to setup appointments.

Hi Jani/Kyra,

I am attempting to setup appointments but have no idea what functionality is available and how to set it up correctly.

Is there a document I can read that will speed up the process?

Hi Mike

We dont currently have any documents available as yet for creating and setting up appointment forms, but we have requested a Tutorial Video for it and it should be ready early next week. Would you be able to wait that long?

That will be helpful. In the mean time I will explore its functionality but I can't select a user. Where do I setup the available users?

If you go to the User tabs and click on edit next to the user and the advanced option at the top right. There is a dropdown that allows the user to be available on appointment forms. If you select yes, the user will be available on the dropdown.
